Hello and thanks for the query.
It seems that you have a prolapse.
Unfortunately there is no medication that will decrease the collapse. the treatment is surgical and it is not possible to do it during
pregnancy.
It may even descend down further with the weight of the growing
uterus. Most of the time it does not interfere with child birth as I have seen in my practice. But it has to be kept reposited inside as much as possible and it is important to prevent it from getting swollen and infected.
Pessaries may be used to keep it inside but they may cause infection. discuss this with your doctor. Try to remain in lying down position as much as possible and keep it inside if it begins to come out. Continue exercise. Keep your bladder empty as much as possible.
A sling surgery or fothergills surgery will help in repositing it back depending upon the type of prolapse.
Hope this was helpful. I understand the problem and the inconvenience caused by it.
Just get it corrected after delivery.
Hope this was helpful.
Thanks for the query. i am always here to help you.
