Suggest Medications And Diet To Control Weight

Hello,

Im 17 years old and overweight, I dont eat much. And what i DO eat isnt juck food. To be honest i dont like dairy or protein foods, But i DO love salads and fruit. A lot of my family are quite large aswell.

But its getting me very upset, and sometimes quite angry. I feel that i shouldnt be this way and i desperatly want to be like everyone else.

My weight is an issue because i was bullied when i was younger, so i feel like i cant help being the size that i am. What do i do?

Is there any reason why i'm the size i am?

It can sometimes be difficult to lose weight especially if it is done on your own.

It may be helpful to see if any of your family members or friends would be interested in going on this journey with you.

Weight depends on only on diet but also on physical activity.

To lose weight you would need to alter your diet and increase your physical activity to at least 150 minutes a week (can start slowly).

There are different diet plans, the main ones are the low fat/low calorie and the low carbohydrate diet.
Though you may like animal protein, you should at least use plant protein, protein is a very important part of a healthy diet.

You would also need to eliminate any sodas (diet sodas ok) or sweet juices (if low calorie-ok)
