Suggest Medications For Abdominal Cramps In Patients With Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

From past one month , I was having severe abdominal pain and cramps and was thinking that it was because of pre-mensural syndrome. But when I got the blood in urine, consulted a Urologist. Got the Urine culture done. Could find the e-coli bacteria and was diagonised as UTI. I am on antibiotic from past 15 days and to continue for 5 more days. Yesterday got my urnine analysis done. but still bacterias are present. Having little dizziness. Please help
