Hello dear, welcome to health care magic forum.
Probably child us suffering from asthma. We should have a detailed assessment if not already done.
If it is able to control with nebulizer, it is fine as it avoids side effects of oral medications. If this causes repeated attacks, we may need to add steroids or oral medications. Your pediatrician will guide you.
Meanwhile keep the room dust free.avoid cold climate. Avoid direct blow from ac or fan.
Take care. Thank you.
