Suggest Medications For High Bp & Urinary Problems

Hi, Namaste I from Nepal and I am suffering from following deases,I am b p high and urinery enfected, so i have check urin on lab and result is: Reaction is Acidic Albubin is Nil, sugar is nil, pus Cells is 0-1 /hpf, Rvc is nil, Epithelial cells is 1-3 /hpf ca oxalates is nil. So above mentioned result, how can I cure of what kind of medicine can have of use to get free from BP high and Urinary problem
