Suggest Medications For Horse Cough And Diarrhea In Children.
My three year old had a fever for 2 days, then when the fever subsided she started having a horse cough and now she is having diarrhea, I have given her Ibuprofen for the fever and cough syrup to help with the cough, does this sound like something she needs antibiotics for or like a virus

As you describe, it is an infection, either bacterial or viral. What ever it it needs to be treated by a doctor.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
He may run a series of tests, to find the type of infection, he will give the treatment .
