I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms here indicate underlying intestine infection through some sort of bacteria or virus. It usually recovers within 2-3 days after commencement of antibiotic and other supportive measures. Primary guidelines at present :

- Continue to give more liquids in a fraction of times.
- Dietary measures to avoid junk food, dairy fat.
- Check that she chews her food thoroughly.
- Maintain her hygiene before and after using washrooms and eating.
- Keep regular follow up with her pediatrician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
