there are so many medicines in homoeopathy for tonsils like aconite belladona baryta carb hepar sulph silica etc if it is recurrent tonsil it's try baryta carb 200 if the tonsils are acute try bellodanna if it is bigger on left side try lachesis with these u can give byco no10 daily 2 times 4/4 tabs
