Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

According to the results of your urine test ,yes, you have an urinary tract infection. Pus cells are usually normal findings, as long as the number does not exceed 10 pus cells under a microscope’s high power field during pregnancy.
You need to check up with your doctor to take the antibiotics to treat this infection, before it gets worst. Your OB/GYN can recommend what is the best antibiotic for you, since you are pregnant.

Meanwhile you can help your urinary tract to clean itself.
-have plenty of liquids,2 to 3 liters
-fresh fruit juice
-chamomile tea or rose tea
-don't hold your urine for long
