Suggest Medications Or Stomach Pain

Sir,I am fed up with my stomach problem ,my stomach never remains stable,sometime constipation sometime too much reflux+heartburn +acidity, sometime loose motion its too much irrigating now ,all medicines like pantodac,nogerd,levazeo,librax,mebiz-sr,bravia-IT,I used but now all medicine are creating problem(side effect),now I am very confused and depressed.Kindly help me

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of intestinal problems and the medications taken.
The history is suggestive of anxiety, stress and depression as the major cause of your problems which is varied like loose stools, GERD and as mentioned hence all the medications not working as expected in spite you took all of them.
Additional investigations should be done.
Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood: CBC, thyroid, liver function, sugar.
This will help to get the original cause.
Colonoscopy, upper GI endoscopy.
CT scan of abdomen.
All these investigations will lead to the proper diagnosis and a plan of management.
If the investigations are normal your case can be taken as IBS and treated accordingly.
