Suggest Medicine And Dosage For Blood Pressure
Hi there, I ve been on 5mg of felodil xr 5 for 15 years. My blood pressure has been high for about 3 weeks ranging from 180/85 lowering sometimes to 150/75. I have seen another doctor due to my own doctors passing at the end of last year2013. This new doctor has told me these tablets(felodil xr 5) are old fashion tablets and I should try something different.He told me to stop the felodil xr 5 and start on Karvea 30mg. I did this but my pressure was higher and I was very distressed. I have now seen another doctor and told him the story above and he has told me to return to felodil but a higher dose of 10mg....let me know what you think...

hallo dear , ,it appears many years you are having highblood pressure ,regularly you have been taking the drug the main aim is to keep the blood pressure normal with what ever drug provided, it is not contra indicated it is immaterial old or new drug .yes now the requirement of tabFelodil has increased it better to take the another drug rather than increasing felodipine dosage .thanks for using this HCM .
