Suggest Medicine For UTI

I have all the signs of a UTI, as I have has many over the years. I went to doctor yesterday and she prescribed Sipro. This morning I got a call that said the culture was negative but to keep taking the medicine. Today the symptoms are worse. Any advice??

You may take Ciprofloxacillin 500 mg BID ofr 5-7 days along with a Urinary Alkaliser. If there is burning during passage of urine, an antispasmodic may be helpful. Urinary culture is sterile. It falls in Abacterial Pyuria. Your doctor may think of other causes like Calculus disease etc...
