Suggest Medicine For Abdominal Pain And Loose Motion With Itching On The Skin And Throat

I am suffering with abdomn pain around the cord. It is continuously slight and some time acute. I also feel itching in skin and throat. Regarding motion, it is some time not clear and after two-three days, loose motion. I am also suffering with acidity problem. Pl suggest cause and medicine.

Hi welcome to HCM. Thanks for the post. It seems some bug disturbing your normal gut flora. I would be interested to know the frequency of motions. Meanwhile keep up the hydration with fluids and oral rehydration salt. You can take tab imodium available over the counter if it becomes too bothersome.
For acidity i recommend using Proton pump inhibitors e.g pantoprazole, along with dietary measures like no spicy food, moderate alcohol intake .
If it persists you can go for stool test with complete blood picture.
