Suggest Medicine For Myalgia With Weakness

Dear Doctors, i am an avid athelete doing heavy weights training like power squats and deadlifts for the past three years. For the past one week, i developed wholebody myalgias and feverishness, my PCP prescribed crocin and nsaid to bring down the same, but the same continued with fatigue and irritability. I took a second consult and the MD gave me a thorough check up, pulse and BP normal, there was no fever, he suggested potassium supplements like OSRL supplements and coconut water which i am taking for the past three days, the improvement in myalgias, weakness etc is slow and borderline, pls let me know how far before i can resume weights training.
