Hello,

Welcome to Healthcaremagic

Thank you for providing the brief history.

As there is no improvement with medicine I will advice for MRI of the knee. This will help understand the internal structures of the knee.

For now do hot water fermentation, static Quadriceps, static hamstring and ankle toe movements. Also straight leg raise will be good.thid exercises will help improve the muscle strength and also improve the joint space while reducing the inflammation.

Regards
