Suggest Medicine To Cure Prominent Endometrium Echo Causing Heavy Bleeding

Hi Doctor, I am 41 years old and have been having very heavy bleeding and blood clots. I did a sonography and found the prominent endometrium echo to be 10mm. The gyn suggests that i should go for D&C followed by biopsy. Please suggest that whether any medicines can cure the problem.
