Suggest Medicines For Typhoid And Loss Of Appetite With Vomiting

Hi, my niece 5 yrs old has typhoid and elevated SGOT and SGPT. She is extremely skinny and quite underweight too. Every 4-5 hours her fever rises up to 104 degrees and we give her Maftel, Crocin etc. Ever since her childhood she is very reluctant of eating. She denies everything given to her to eat. For the past 2-3 days she is having frequent bouts of vomiting as well. Please suggest medication, course of treatment and diet. Thanks!
