Hello! If you haven't change your way of eating than you should do a thyroid test: TSH, fT4 to check for thyroid problems. Do you have any other symptom: as cold, irritability? Hypothyroidims is one of the causes of putting on weight. Or may be you have lowered your daily activity. If you don't have other symptoms or problems you can exercise and diet. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Exercise, one hour a day, everyday or at least 4 times a week. Go to a gym or run outdoor, go cycling, swimming, whatever you want. Best regards.
