I need to ask something . i had a complete hysterectomy about 8 yrs ago and i am sexually active again for the first time since then. i was wondering for some tip on orgasms if i can still have them or can i take something that would help me please help

orgasm has nothing to do with presence or absence of uterus. Orgasm happens when you enjoy sex more and more till a point where orgasm is triggered. It happens in the brain so you forget you had hysterectomy.
