Suggest Method To Lose Weight

Hello my age is 22 yrs, currently weight is 61 or 62, 2 or 3 yrs before my weight is 65, My current waste is 31 and half and before 3 or 3 yrs my waste is 33 , i feel my height was bound now my height is good not bad dont know y i feel that it has not growing now .. My hairs before 2 or 3 yrs are very long and healthy hairs but is the problem of hair loss may be the reason of masturbation so doctor please kindly suggest me what can i do, please i want my body back : (
