Hey,am just been dianose of pcos,my doctor percribe me microgynon 30 am 25years and am marrige we will like to have kids oneday not not,am not sure about the pill,can you help if there is any other way without the pill,well my menstration have not come for 4 and half months now.thanks
The pill you were prescribed will help regulate your cycles and give you a monthly period. This will also help protect your uterus against uterine cancer for which you have an increased risk in PCOS.
Pills are also the only known medication to decrease the risk of ovarian cancer. Once you are ready to conceive, your doctor will take you off the pill and discuss ovulation induction with you.
