Hi, I am a 20 year old male, and I weigh 54 kgs, i think im 163 cms tall. I started trying to gain weight from the start of this year, in January, I weighed 40 kilgorams, now in the month of September I weigh 54 kilograms, I just wanted to know, the past few months, I haven't really been puttin on much weight in comparison to the first few months, and I really like to weigh perhaps 60 kilograms, what are your tips?
