Hi, may I answer your health queries right n..hi am ahmed nd i'm 5 -6ft long blk in colour. My problem is that i use to mastubate ma penis nd relise .i did it for ova 3yr now i begin to notice that i had pain in betwen the joints ma back nd ma penis nd in betwen hair grwn in ma penis side. Ol i want is that to stop! D wibh drugs can i take to recover? Tank u

Masturbation is considered as a normal part of human sexual behaviour. It does not result in any adverse health consequences. The problems that you have mentioned, like pain in the joints, and back, growth of hair in the genital area, etc. are not due to masturbation.

However, if you feel that your masturbation is excessive and that you want to stop, then I suggest that you consult a psychiatrist for counselling. For your other problems like joint pain, etc., you need to have a proper physical examination and if necessary, further tests to find out what the cause of these problems are.
