Suggest Methods To Control Panic Attacks With Anxiety

I am experiencing terrible anxiety. When I went through this 2 years ago my doctor prescribed a 30 day supply of xanax which worked very well and lasted me several months. When I asked for a refill, he suggested I find another way to deal with my panic attacks which I did. Now the panic attacks have returned and I feel like I m dying even though I know it s mostly in my head. I don t know what to do anymore.
