General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Jafar,

From the blood tests information that you have given me, they seem within normal limits.
If I was your caring doctor, I would perform a general examination to rule out causes that might cause your symptoms.
Other labs I would recommend to do are WBC (white blood cells), kreatinina, liver function tests, and other tests that physical examination would indicate. For this reason, my main recommendation would be to visit your family doctor.

If from all, everything comes out normal, then you can try eating a healthy diet, and especially small amounts of high protein food you like-often and do some physical activity at least 5 times/week for 20 min.

Hope this helps,
Take care,
Dr. Papaqako
