Take 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.
Increase your calory intake daily.
Take breads with peanut butter, jam, honey or cheese.
Take starchy vegetables potatoes, peas,
corn, carrots or beets.

Take milk, and juices more.
Take oils and nutritional supplements for weight gain.
Avoid margarine which is bad for heart.

proteins from peas, beans, eggs, soya, meat etc.
Start muscle training from trained trainers with weight lifting.
