Suggest Methods To Gain Weight

Hi,

My age is 24 and my weight is just 40.

I am too skinny ..I need to put on 10 Kilos atleast to look better.

Can someone pls suggest me a Proper daily Plan , which I can follow to gain weight.

Also advise how long do i need to continue atleast to see some result.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Take 3 meals and 3 snacks a day.
Increase your calory intake daily.
Take breads with peanut butter, jam, honey or cheese.
Take starchy vegetables potatoes, peas, corn, carrots or beets.
Take dense fruit like bananas, pears, apples, pineapple or dried fruit.
Take milk, and juices more.
Take oils and nutritional supplements for weight gain.
Avoid margarine which is bad for heart.
Take more proteins from peas, beans, eggs, soya, meat etc.
Start muscle training from trained trainers with weight lifting.
Also consult your doctor for help and guidance.
