Suggest Methods To Improve Fertility In Couples

I am 48 and my wife is 46, average built, healthy, issueless. We approached the Gynaecologist who advised me to take Tab. Fertisure-M one daily and folic acid for my wife with suggestion that the growth of eggs are slow and this will help but after a lapse of almost six month no significant result has come. Please advise how to improve the fertility.SNP

after taking medicines still she is not getting benefits then you cn go for IVF intrauterine fertilization test tube baby procedures and egg extraction can be done .
