Suggest Methods To Lose Body Weight

I am 55 years old male suffering from acidity accompanied by chest pain. The ECG and stress tests are normal and the doctor has asked me to take Happi tablets but still i have a Chest pain and my weight is 107 kgs and BP is 140/90. Can I continue taking these medicines? Also, what is my actual problem and how to loss weight?

I have gone thru your query . Suffering from Acidity and chest pain is a matter of concern . But your stress tests and ECG give you clean chit fron any heart problem . Inspite of that you need to control your life style and food habits to be safe from impending danger of anina or ther diseases caused by obesity , BP & Diabetes etc,.
You have not mentioned your height . If you are taller than 6' , your weight still needs to be corrected to 90 - 95 kg .
and BP to 130 / 75 .
Take balanced diet containing all essential nutrients - vitamins ,minerals , antioxidants in natural form - fresh fruit ,veges ,ginger, garilc ,amla ,Aloe vera juice , a spoon of turmeric powder + Almond oil with a cup of hot milk at bed time help stay healthy . And for eliminating gas /acidity ,do exercise , brisk walking ,yoga , Pranayam -deep breething , Vajjarassan , Kapalbhatti help alley acidity help stay healthy

Develop some habits like 1) Always use stairs 2) start walking in the park 3) cut some calories 4) drink water instead of coke or any aeriated water .

Avoid fried fast foods too much of sugar, tea, coffee ,alcohol , smoking ,stress ,constipation .
