Suggest Methods To Lose Body Weight

Are diet pills essentially like giving in? I've been trying to lose the weight I've gained from college but I am having zero success. My problem is that my metabolism is too slow and I can't figure out how to speed it up. I've been working out and eating healthier but I can only manage to get hungry two or three times a day and I am not seeing any results. I've been thinking about taking a pill to speed up my metabolism...

Hi,
For weight loss exercise has to be regular.


Weight loss is not a miracle.. You have to eat balanced and exercise regular for achieving a ideal body weight for life long.

Also dieting is not a solution for weight loss, Instead eat local and all seasonal food items and be regular in physical activity


Please follow the undermentioned points:-

1. drink 3-4 lit water every day
2. Start your day with 1-2 glass warm water - get fresh and take 8-10 soaked almonds and then go for morning exercise
3. Opt for wheat pooriadge/ Milk porriadge/ stuffed roties/ vegetable sandwiches/ Boiled pulses + 1 cup milk
4. Take 5 meals per day - 3 major meals and 2 small meals
5. 2 Servings of fruits every day
6. Eat all local and seasonal fruits and vegetables
7. Take 2-3 Cups of green tea every day - 1 at bed time before sleep
8. Avoid all processed and ready to eat food items.

Hello! If you want to speed up metabolism you should build muscle. Let's clarify something, what you mean be training. Some people only do cardio and eat not regularly and think this can help, but unfortunately this is not how it works. You should lift weights. Don't be afraid you won't look bulky. Building up muscle helps you speed up metabolism. You should consume at least 60-70 gr protein per day or let's say 0,8 g/kg. You should alternate weight lifting and cardio.
