Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
I appreciate your desire to lose weight and it is good news that you do not have any hormonal problem.
The most important factor in losing weight is the restriction of calories. Eat a wholesome food but reduce the quantity. If you reduce your calorie intake by 1000 calories per day, then you can lose about 1 kg in weight per week.
Also choose a small plate while eating as the food in a small plate appears more.
Eat slowly with chewing and wait for at least 20 minutes before you refill your plate (only if you are hungry) as it takes 20 minutes for your satiety center in the brain to know that you have eaten.
Avoid any sodas even if they are 0 calorie or diet.
In addition to playing incorporate calorie burning activities into your daily living like climbing stairs instead of the lift where possible, walking to near by places rather than using the car etc.
You have to lose weight steadily. Yoyoing of weight is not healthy.
With determination and effort you can achieve your goal over a period of time.
Bariatric surgery is an option I do not recommend for you now.
Take Care.
Wish you success
