Detailed answer...Since post
pregnancy ,weight decreases physiologically within 6 months due to
uterus (womb ) involution.But as its been quite long to get your original weight,that means you need to change your diet plan for
weight loss.
I would have helped to make a scheduled diet plan for breakfast,lunch and dinner ,and also how many kilocalories you should consume in a day ,if I could get some information about your routine ,height,sleeping hours.
Also you may need to investigate for
thyroid hormone level first ,as low thyroid hormone can cause increased weight.
