Suggest Methods To Reduce Weight Post Pregnancy

i am 31 yrs Female,X-sports person-game kabaddi,i got delivered on 4th nov 2008(scissorian delivery)now my question is i used to workout for 3/4 hrs everyday includes exercise and my game .I was slim in figure i was 52 kg bef delivery now i m 62 kg and tummy looks like i m 2months pregnant what can i do to loose weight i know all exercises also as i was a gym trainner too,Need to know why has the tummy grown now people call me fat earlier it was proper figure like 32/30/40.Now it is 34/34/42

Detailed answer...Since post pregnancy ,weight decreases physiologically within 6 months due to uterus (womb ) involution.But as its been quite long to get your original weight,that means you need to change your diet plan for weight loss.
I would have helped to make a scheduled diet plan for breakfast,lunch and dinner ,and also how many kilocalories you should consume in a day ,if I could get some information about your routine ,height,sleeping hours.
Also you may need to investigate for thyroid hormone level first ,as low thyroid hormone can cause increased weight.
I will be happy to help you further making scheduled weight loss diet plan ,if I can get above mentioned unknown information.You may also attach your blood report of thyroid profile if it has been checked,and discuss further.
