You can decrease your weight by 10-15 kgs but it require firm determination , diet control and hard physical exercise .
You are living in joint family , so I understand your limitation , but diet control is in your hand .
Early in the morning , when you get up , take only one cup of tea ( 150 ml ) with 1 T S F sugar .
After one hour of this take two lemon juice with tepid water ( lukewarm ) i.e. on empty stomach.
Now don't eat any thing in breakfast ,only if craving take tea .
At 1 P M lunch with 10 gm butter or ghee , chapati ( whole grain wheat )with vegetable with curd ( fat free ) . Eat till you feel that stomach is still empty .
In the noon only tea .
Dinner , same as lunch .
In the night 200 ml fat free, sugar free milk .
Strictly follow these and you will feel difference within one month.
If you can do these things then take
orlistat 120 mg twice in day on empty stomach for 6-12 months but in this also you have to control your diet but not too hard .
Active hard physical work ( as household work ) is an important factor for weight reduction.
If , no hard work in house , then do hard exercises ( one hour daily for 6 days in a week ).
