Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.For example: 1.Breakfast: one plate of yogurt of low fat percentage+1/2 banane, chia seeds, 1/2 tea spoon of honey and oatmeals or one egg + one glass of milk. 2.Lunch: chicken, salad or fish and salad or soup and salad 3.Dinner: Apple and yogurt + exercise: gym + cardio.
