Hello,

Welcome to HCM and thank you for your query.
I understand your concern for your husband's health.
Your husband is overweight. Getting his weight down to 70-72 kgs will help him. It is likely to control his blood pressure, blood sugar and asthma better.
For this there is no magical product. You have to give him wholesome food rich in fruits and vegetables and reduce the quantity. If you reduce his calorie intake by 500 calories per day, he will lose half a kilo a week. He should exercise 30mts every day and practice stress relieving measures like yoga to relax and reduce the stress of his busy life.
He can take metformin which will help him reduce Insulin resistance, the cause of his diabetes, help him lose weight, control his blood pressure better. If his blood pressure does not come down to 140/90 by losing weight, exercising and stress relief, he may require to be on medication for a healthier future.
Take Care.
