Hello,
I admire your positive outlook for your health and i appreciate for that.

But i would like to tell you that natural ways of improving general health are far better than taking any kind of medication, so i strongly discourage this kind of over the counter multivitamin drugs to be taken by anyone without even actually not required it.

Even though you are pure vegetarian, it does not mean that you will be deficient in vitamins, if it is so then all the vegetarians are dependent on multivitamin tablets!!!

Only vitamin B12 deficiency is more common in pure vegetarians, while all other vitamins can be easily available in veg foods. If you are taking healthy diet including fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, then you won't require any supplementary tablets. In case of B12, if you are taking milk and milk products in sufficient quantities, then B12 will not be required from outside.

So i strongly recommend you to concentrate on variety of vegetable foods which contains almost all kinds of vitamins and you won't require anything from outside.

Hope this answers your question and let me know directly if you have any further relevant queries.

Hi,
Multivitamin pill - Supradyn. Very cost effective.

Multivitamin pills are not necessary if you follow a decent food regimen. My suggestions would be,
1. Exercise
2. Increased protein from curd, pulses, dal etc.,
3. Fruit juices. Guava preferred.
