Suggest Natural Cure For Cold In A Child

Neogadine mikros syrup and mkid tablets was given to my 2yrs old child and asked to use for 2 months .I can see the change like in case of cold if i use thz syrup only he can cure from cold otherwise it is lasting for 3 to 4 weeks and i want the food that are helpful alternative to thz syrups and tablets

Hi...by what you quote this seems to be a moderate to severe persistent allergic rhinitis. I suggest you to use Monteleukast and oral Levocetrizine for 8 weeks and not symptomatically we can go ahead with inhaled nasal steroids.

There are no specific foods to be avoided or specifically given.
