Suggest Natural Diet Plans To Improve Sperm Motility

Hello,I am 35 and my semen analysis have the following results: Concentration: 103 million/ml,Motility: 67% Progressive Motility: 59%,Vitality:72%,Morphology: 2% (it should be =>4% as per WHO norms right)Doctor (Urologist) has seen the reports and mentioned they are good and he asked to use tablets – Fertisure M (twice a day), and Tazzle (alternate days during sexual activity). Kindly suggest how I can improve my morphology naturally and what diet/food I need to take. I am a vegetarian.

Yes Your semen analysis report is normal. Here are some remedies to improve sperm quality & motility
- Decrease the stress level in daily routine. Have a light exercise like walking or cycling
- Avoid too much alcohol and caffeine.
- Eat lots of foods high in antioxidants (carotenes, vitamins A, C, E and selenium) such as green leafy vegetables, kale, carrots, citrus, broccoli, cauliflower and yams.
- Vitamin C & Zinc supplementation has been shown to increase testosterone levels, sperm count and sperm motility.
- Avoid exposure to chemicals- Exposure to DDT, dioxin, other pesticides, plastics and industrial pollutants can affect quality of sperm. These mimic the effects of estrogen & can affect fertility.
- Avoid steam bath & hot sauna bath. These could affect sperm production in testis
