I am 16 years old. I was medium complexion from childhood but from last one and half year my skin got too much darken I don t know the reason behind this. I have not gone for any facial or other make up or skin treatment. Some of my friends suggested me for Melacare Cream and Melas Cream. But I am unable to decide which cream I have to use. Please suggest me which one is better Melacare cream or Melas cream.

Hi.
As per your case history of dark skin color, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a kojic acid cream like kojivit twice daily on dark skin.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are topical hydroquinone, chemical peeling done by dermatologist.

Thanks.
