Hi
Based on the history you seem to have irregular menstrual bleeding which appears to be due to hormonal imbalance.

You have been put on the correct treatment to regulate the endometrial lining and decrease bleeding.

1. Hemostan (Tranexamic acid) is an anti-fibrinolytic which works by slowing the breakdown of blood clots and thus helps in reducing excessive menstrual blood flow.

Generally it is safe, however it may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or muscle pain in some people.

2. Trust Pill (Ethinyl estradiol, Levonorgestrel, & Ferrous fumarate) helps in regulating the endometrial lining of the uterus and hence decrease the bleeding.

Its most common side effects include headaches, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, impaired appetite, breast tenderness, slight changes in body weight and libido, depressive moods, or interference with liver functions.

Most of these side effects are mild and usually disappear after a few months of its use.

Hope these answer your queries.
