Suggest Opinion On Taking Sotret For Facial Comedones

My age is 23yrs,weight is 46kg.My facial skin has got many comedones,so I consulted doctor,he prescribed me to use SOTERT,am using sotret 20mg/day since 24days but I still have bigger pimples than previous,my question is how many days should I continue this SOTRET? and after the sotret usage hair fall has increased.Does it solves my problem Should I continue sotret or go for other treatment
