Suggest Permanent Cure For Anal Fissures

Hi ma'am,
I am suffering with anal fissure since last three months. I was advised intake of husk powder and application of diltigesic gel. I am 24, 5'3 and 45kgs.I discontinue the use as soon as it stops but it relapses when i eat fast food especially things made of maida.

Dear avoid fast food and spicy food which cause constipation lead to recurring fissure.

Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Permanent solution for fissure is surgery that is sphincterotomy.
