Suggest Permanent Cure For Back Pain?

Good evening madam
I am suffering from backpain from last 1 year as i was consulted doctor taken x-rays and said there is no any bad symptoms in back bone it is due to muscles starin around there LS spine.if use "relax on" tablets iam feeling happy.
What is the permanent cure?????????

Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that
if pain is unbearable then go for physiotherapy.

Otherwise take muscle relaxant gel with medicine and use hot water bag during bed time.

Avoid forward bending and lift heavy weight.
