Suggest Permanent Remedy For Numbness On The Left Side Of The Body

sir i 35 years old and suffering left side numbness from one year.my left pat become cold and making iching from head to foot.a hallowness and cold i feel in my left side of head. after concerned with doctor i took gla-m and other tablet but no relief i got. but after taking neurobion plus tablets i m feeling a minor relief . can i continue this tablet for permanent relief
