Suggest Possible Medication For Typhoid
my 2&1/2 yr son is suffering from typhoid. On ofloxacin 100 mg BD & azithromycin Bd last 2 days . having high temp with pain abdomen and vomiting .takes 2 -3 tsf rice with around 100 ml of pediasure & little amount of water & glucose. wants to take ice cream.(highest temp 104.6F ) Please advise

I really appreciate your concern, as long as the diet and the typhoid infection is concern, you can have the ice cream and it is nothing to worry, body temperature responds bit late even with the treatment but later or sooner it comes around here the treatment of typhoid is great matter of concern, some time it cold be resistance against the drugs, hope this information helps.
