Suggest Possible Treatments To Improve ALT & AST , Vitamin And Iron Levels In Body For 6month Old

Hi - my son is going to be 6 months old on February 12. He remained sick throughout since 3 months and was kept in pneumonia a month ago. now again he was sick so the doctor took medical tests of LFTs, Iron, Vitamin D and it was found that his ALT and AST readings are too high (130+). Also, his Vitamin D value is too low (6 only) and there was iron deficiency as well.

What you need to do is to start iron and vitamins.
Moreover his vit d level is low. This needs specific d vitamin supplements .
Once these are corrected liver size should come down.
