Suggest Prognosis Of Anemia, Knee Problems, Prolapsed Bowel With Ongoing Blood Transfusions

hi my nan suffers with anemia, and has done for over 15 years, about 18 months ago she started dieting, as she is a big lady an needed a knee operation, but had to lose weight, so she lost about 9 stone, my dad and aunt went to see her doctor and said that she hasnt long to live a year maybe 2. she goes for blood transfusions every week, but she just can't be bothered doing anything, gettin dressed, talking on the phone, i know i am going to lose her but i need to know exactly what is happening without ( excuse the language ) any bullshit from my family, i am 21 with my own child, she now has a prolapsed bowel too which is gettin her down even more, after losing all that weight she isn't going to be able to get the operation as she isn't well. she doesn't know that she hasn't alot of time to live as my father and aunt hasn't told her, but i would like you opinion in the matter please. thank you
