Suggest Quick Healing Ointment For Facial Burns.

My lips and chin area got burnt by hot boiling water 4 days ago. The entire affected area has gone brown and dry, though there are no blisters. I am currently using silverex ointment. Kindly suggest the medication so that it heals quickly and no marks are left on skin. Thanks

Hi.
As per your case history of burns.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Continue applying silverex cream twice daily on it.
3. Apply a placentrax gel twice daily on it.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
