Suggest Recommended Tests Post Pancreas, Spleen And Gallbladder Removal

I have had 2/3rds of my pancreas and my spleen removed 4-1/2 years ago and my gallbladder removed 6 years ago. Are there any tests that I should have done to make sure that everything is OK now? I have never seen a doctor since the pancreas/spleen was removed.
