Suggest Remedies For Anxiety,dry Heaving And Pain In Chest

I have had worsening anxiety for 9 months. Have been experiencing stomach problems, dry heaving, pain up the center of my chest, and mostly between the bottom ribs. Have tried buspar and stomach pain got worse. Dr thinks may be ulcer or gall bladder. Family history of both. 54 year old woman 4 years post hysterectomy.

acidity related disorder, anxiety disorder, cardiac condition.
any of these alone or in combination are more likey.
However to have a definitive diagnosis, a detailed history of each symptoms and physical examination would be required.
Considering the amount of distress it appears to have caused, it is advisable to see a local general physician.
A basic investigations like complete blood haemogram, ECG, Chest XRay, if needed endoscopy, Sonography can be indicated.
