Suggest Remedies For Bladder Inconsistency

I have had 3 surgeries for bladder incontinence. The first surgery was in 2005 and a tvt mesh sling was inserted to control leakage. 5 days after surgery I was taken to the emergency room for an overactive bladder. It was determined that the sling was too tight and I could not urinate. My bladder would release urine when it became too full as I could not urinate properly. 3 months later I was taken back into surgery and the sling was as it was termed to me, slit down the middle to release tension. My bladder did not stop with the overactivity. I had the 3rd surgery in december and my bladder is in a state that I cannot urinate in a sitting position unless I squeeze it out of me. When I get the urge to go and I am standing up it releases everthing. I am going through 6-8 pads per day and completely soaking them and my clothes. I see my doctor on Monday and am going to speak with him about permanent disability without any additional surgeries. Would I qualify for social security disability. I am 52 years old and also have fibromalgia. I am very frustrated at this point.
